There, he pursued professional training in floral design and earned accreditation from the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD), one of the industry's most respected organizations.

Soon after founding Roberto Gonzalez Flowers, his distinctive floral designs for luxury weddings and special events caught the attention of Oprah Winfrey. Roberto joined the floral team at Harpo Studios, where he spent four years creating extraordinary floral installations for television productions and high-profile events. His work with Oprah opened the door to an impressive list of celebrity clients, including Jennifer Hudson, Barbara Walters, Shania Twain, Julia Roberts, and President Barack Obama.

Among the many milestones in his career, Roberto considers designing the floral arrangements for President Obama's 47th birthday celebration one of his greatest professional achievements. He also treasures the opportunity to work with Julia Roberts, whom he has admired for years.

Roberto's creativity has extended beyond private events into film production, including designing floral installations for the feature film Joyful Noise, starring Dolly Parton and Queen Latifah.
